Position Summary:

This role primarily will provide scheduled daily warehouse support or when required for business need.   This position will support all functions of the warehouse process including and not limited to House Keeping, Shipping, Receiving, Product Rotation, Restock and Order Building. This position is also responsible for providing support for the Office Coffee & Food Service product deliveries to our customers, Maintaining of route equipment, meeting company sanitation expectations, and continuous growth of sales volume through new and existing accounts. The Warehouse & Delivery schedule will be posted weekly and communicated through Branch Customer Service and or Management

Essential functions: Warehouse

  • Assist shipping and receiving, loading, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distribution to Customer Service associate for processing.
  • Processing customer will call orders, work orders, shipping orders, and or requisitions to determine what items will be allocated to orders for distribution.
  • Process of required administrative paperwork process
  • Slotting and rotating materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Ensuring warehouse is kept in clean and safe manor at all times
  • Organizing warehouse and work area, sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed
  • Ability to operate Hand Held & WMS technology
  • Ability to safety operate a pallet jack
  • Ability to operate an Industrial Lift Truck ( Fork Lift Safety Test Required)
  • May include other duties as needed

 

Essential functions: OCS Route Driver

  • Interact professionally with internal/external customers
  • Building a strong relationship with existing customers while maintaining accounts on their assigned delivery days
  • Arrive at the First Account by 7:00 am Daily
  • Maximize Sales Opportunities by building relationships and up selling product at every account
  • Solicit new Business via cold calling.
  • Maintain an accurate Inventory of product on the Delivery Truck based on PARS and sales trends
  • Stock and Rotate Inventory at each account using F.I.F.O methodology
  • Sanitize & Maintain Equipment at each account. Communicate equipment issues to Dispatch to schedule service as needed
  • Ability to operate Hand Held & Route Delivery technology
  • Ability to Reconcile daily route sales in-order to develop product replenishment schedule
  • Conduct EOM Monthly Truck Inventory and Reconciliation.
  • Communicate with CSR & Route Sales Person Daily
  • Must be able to operate a hand truck
  • May include other duties as needed

 

Minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Clean Driving Record is required
  • Experience in Route Sales is desired
  • Dress Code and Demeanor must be professional at all times
  • Ability to read / interpret procedures, manuals and documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions.
  • Ability to operate Computer programs efficiently. Microsoft Office Package , ADP Digital Time management, Galaxy /Apple Tablet or phone
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Salary: $14.00-$16.00/Hourly
